 lement Gentlemen's rules whereby you can put your lines in the waters at a
 ny time you like.&nbsp\;Your lines may not be in the water for more than f
 ive hours and must be out of the water by noon.&nbsp\;The purpose of the t
 his change is to allow boats to fish earlier and take some of the pressure
  off the weigh in\, fish house\, and lunch activities. Boxed lunches will
